Stephen A. Durham of Durham & James P.C. is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, PA. He graduated from Chester High School in 1967 and Widener University in 1973.
Steve Durham then went on to teach junior high school before attending Delaware Law School, where he graduated in 1979. After graduation, he started his career as a public defender in Delaware County.
Stephen A. Durham went on to become a law clerk for the then Senior Judges, Louis A. Bloom and John V. Diggins. He dutifully worked with these two esteemed jurists until they passed away.

Stephen A. Durham has represented numerous providers of services for the handicapped. He even brought one of the first Fair Housing Cases involving group homes in the Delaware County.
Stephen was born on May 3, 1949 in Chester, PA. He took high school at Widener University, BS, graduated in 1973 and finished college in 1979 at Widener University, JD. He is married to the Honorable Kathrynann W. Durham and they have a son. The Durhams have been residing in Concord Township, Delaware County since 1983.
